CECOVASA produces Arabica coffee, mainly of the
‘typica’ variety. The coffee grows in the Amazonian valley
of the Andes, 1200 - 1800m above sea level. The climate is well-balanced
and coffee trees flourish under the shade covering offered by fruit
trees and other native varieties. In this way, CECOVASA produces a unique
coffee with a distinct aroma; high acidity; excellent body; and
